The new Isle of Man Foundation is a flexible structure for private wealth, corporate and charitable structure.
Introduced by the Foundations Act 2011, the Isle of Man has a new structure for holding assets to complement existing Trust and Corporate structures that have been successfully used over many years.
A Foundation has many of the favourable features of trusts and limited companies, and while lending itself well to civil law jurisdictions, it also has some unique features that provide greater protection.
- Establishment of a Foundation
- Management of the Foundation
- Provision of qualified staff to act as foundation council members
- Accounting and financial reporting
